Conduct a daily work with to the assigned sales team of distributor
Promote and sell LFC products during work with distributor sales team
Ensure availability and visibility of must have SKU's
Open new outlets as per target and qualify them for regular coverage
Coordinate with distributor personnel for order fulfillment and delivery follow ups
Sales Execution: Meet daily, weekly & monthly sales goals & objectives. Drive product orders of LFC Must have SKUs in wet markets stalls and outlets.
Route Planning & Coverage: Use SFA to plan, optimize and record daily market visits & Strategically cover the top public markets including sari-sari stores in proximity for a specific regions, provinces and cities.
Outlet Relationship Management: Build loyalty and maintain strong rapport with outlet owners.
Distributor Coordination: Ensure consistent supply in LFC outlets through Delivery partner or Distributor efficiency in order fulfillment.
Merchandising Compliance: Drive consistent in-market display and visibility by executing the LFC Picture of Success standards.
Trade Program Execution: Implement grassroots-level marketing and sales activities that directly influence product movement and outlet engagement in Public Market such as B1t1 for sotex or slow moving skus, Bundling, Incentive Based programs, Sampling, Point of Sale Material(POSm) Deployment, NPLs, Market Day activations, Pay day activations and Price monitoring compliance
Market Intelligence: Gathering, analyzing and reporting actionable information from the field to help LFC stay competitive and responsive to market changes.
Reporting & Insights: Submit sales updates and on-ground observations and Issue Resolution: Handle outlet concerns and delivery issues swiftly.
Product Knowledge Sharing: Train outlets on LFC product benefits and usage.
