- Strategize, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constratraints
- Design and produce graphic materials for digital and print media, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and visual guidelines
- Maintain thematic consistency across all posts to build a cohesive brand narrative
- Develop and manage the content strategy and calendar
- Schedule posts consistently
- Align content with marketing campaigns, holidays, special events, product launches
- Create valuable and engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, GIFs, infor graphics and stories
- Conceptualize, produce, film, edit short-form videos
- Monitor and analyze ontent performance across platforms to optimize future content strategies, gain insight and improve engagement
- Grow the online community
職位要求
- Bachelor's Degree in any business course
- At least 1 year of experience as Social Media Manager
- Proficient with various creative tools or design softwareStrong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative sample portfolio of previous projects is an advantage
