- Answering inbound calls from potential beneficiaries, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive interaction.
- Follow up with leads via email or phone to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients.
- Accurately record call details and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- With at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Graduate of Marketing or any related course.
- Computer Literate.
- Knowledge of handling Social Media
- Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with multitasking skills
- Can start as soon as possible.
