Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s business objectives and target market
Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using these insights to refine marketing strategies
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communications
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing spend
Oversee content creation for various marketing channels, ensuring that it aligns with brand voice and effectively communicates value propositions
Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals
Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, designers, and content creators, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
With knowledge of product launch, social media planning and brand awareness
Experience in Card Personalization Industry is highly desirable
Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Monday to Friday
