The main responsibilities of a SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER include:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Define and manage brand positioning to increase brand equity and customer perception.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and experiential channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and improve online performance and customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Leverage insights to inform product development, positioning, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Sales Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and customer engagement efforts.
- Provide support to sales staff on marketing initiatives and product features.
- Develop sales enablement tools and materials to facilitate customer acquisition and retention.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Monitor expenses and report on financial performance related to marketing initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

To be successful in this role you must be…
- A college graduate with a 4-year degree in Marketing and Business Administration, or a related field.
- In a Senior Marketing Manager position for at least 5 years.
- In a progressive marketing experience for 5 years and above with a strong focus on Digital marketing, Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) strategies, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Able to prove track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent in analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- An individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Someone who have experience with digital-first marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics platforms.
- Able to understand the automotive industry's unique challenges and opportunities strongly.
- Competent in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: July 2025
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
