Acquire and onboard new affiliates through research, referrals, networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strategic networks of affiliates and operators to support business development and campaign execution.
Lead all aspects of affiliate relationship management, including communications, negotiations, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign support and content delivery.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimize strategy.
Provide marketing and promotional support to affiliate and streamer partners.
Communicate upcoming promotions, product updates, and performance improvement opportunities to partners.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of digital activations and trade events.
Monitor trends and identify new growth opportunities within the affiliate and influencer landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working in or around high-engagement online industries such as streaming, competitive entertainment, or digital games is strongly preferred.
Proven track record in affiliate, streamer, or influencer marketing.
Fluent in English
Established relationships or experience working with affiliate networks and operator partners is a major advantage.
Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. OBS, Streamyard, Ahrefs, Semrush, Upfluence, Vamp, Grin, Whalar, etc).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Basic graphic or video content creation (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) is a plus.
Deep understanding of digital culture, especially social media usage trends across key Asian markets.
