Job Description
- Drive various projects and initiatives revolving around New user growth, CRM,
- platform user/buyer growth and process improvement
- Conduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives
- through analytics and strong grasp of local market
- Assist in growing PH business growth by implementing various initiatives and liaising
- with multiple departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional level such as
- Online Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Regional Marketing, Local/Regional CRM
- Ensure the existing processes on New user/buyer, platform user/buyer and CRM
- initiatives are well established and analyse/identify areas of improvement further.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and admin related tasks.
Requirements
- Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
- Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or any relevant study
- Minimum 2 years’ Management Consulting and/or strategy background
- Experience in SQL is a plus
- Strong grasp on numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving attitude required
- Passionate towards learning about the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative and innovative approach in solving problems
- Ability to work well independently and across various teams
- Flexible to work long hours on occasion
