- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide insights that drive decision-making and contribute to the organization’s growth. This role will serve as a business partner within the Marketing Operations team, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize marketing campaigns, understand customer behavior, and improve overall business performance.
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various marketing channels.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Data Visualization and Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights clearly.
- Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
- Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Customer Behavior Analysis
- Analyze customer segmentation, purchasing patterns, and lifetime value to inform targeted marketing efforts.
- Identify trends and insights to guide future marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.
- Collaboration & Strategy Support
- Work cross-functionally to provide data insights that support strategic decisions.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on performance trends.
- Data Integrity & Quality
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reports and analyses.
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality processes.
- Tools & Technologies
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL) to extract and analyze marketing data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics tools.

- BI & Reporting: Experience in building and maintaining BI reports and Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, including custom reports and dashboards.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, uncover insights, and present compelling data-driven stories.
- SQL Proficiency: Ability to write queries and manipulate data effectively.
- Marketing Analytics: Understanding of key marketing metrics, including ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, lead scoring, and funnel analysis.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
- Marketing Technology: Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics) and their integration with BI platforms.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to shifting priorities or project scopes.
