The Marketing Assistant is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of brand activations, sponsorships, and sports events to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive sales for Brooks, PTP, Mizuno Sports, Everlast, TYR, Selkirk, Winmau, and GU. This role involves overseeing brand campaigns, coordinating sponsorships, executing event-based marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in building strong relationships with
clients, sponsors, and event partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Awareness & Activation
- Develop and implement brand activation strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
- Plan and oversee brand launch campaigns, sponsorship activations, and retail activations at events.
- Coordinate with the brand team to ensure consistency in messaging, objectives, and brand identity.
- Manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of all activation initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to develop promotional materials, including banners, booths, giveaways, and other marketing collaterals.
- Identify key venues, events, and partnerships for brand activations to maximize exposure and ROI.
- Track the effectiveness of brand activations and provide insights for continuous improvement.
2. Event Sales & Revenue Generation
- Organize and execute SRI-owned sports events with registration fees to generate revenue.
- Develop new SRI-exclusive sports events aligned with the company's brand strategy.
- Act as a sports event organizer for third-party companies, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality experiences.
- Establish ticketing, registration, and merchandising strategies for revenue-generating events.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to promote and maximize event participation.
3. Event Planning & Management
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of sports-related events and brand activations.
- Oversee event logistics, permits, staffing, venue selection, and vendor management.
- Develop event timelines, production schedules, and task checklists to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to create event promotions, social media campaigns, and press releases.
- Work with suppliers to produce marketing collaterals, merchandise, and giveaways for events.
- Implement on-site branding strategies, booth setups, and interactive brand experiences to engage attendees.
4. Sponsorships, Partnerships & Client Relations
- Secure sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with brands, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop customized sponsorship packages for events and activations to attract potential partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with sponsors, clients, and event collaborators to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Manage contract negotiations, deliverables, and post-event reporting for all sponsors and partners.
5. Post-Event Reporting & Evaluation
- Prepare and submit detailed event reports to clients, sponsors, and internal teams, highlighting key metrics, attendance, engagement, and ROI.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness of brand activations and sponsorships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in brand activation, event management, sponsorship coordination, or sports marketing is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, experiential marketing, and event-based promotions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with sponsors, clients, and vendors.
- Experience in coordinating outdoor events, sports activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management software, and social media marketing tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external partnership negotiations.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyle industries is a plus.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
