A Glimpse into Your New Role


As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations and digital marketing execution. You’ll handle administrative tasks, assist with social media content planning and scheduling, support sales funnel activities, and ensure consistent branding across all platforms. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate across teams, execute lead generation strategies, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT services environment.


Your day could see you:

  • Managing administrative tasks, marketing calendars, and meetings
  • Creating and scheduling social media content aligned with brand guidelines
  • Monitoring engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet campaign deadlines
  • Assisting with brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Maintaining CRM records and email contact databases
  • Supporting webinars, trade shows, and event promotions
  • Collaborating with SEO/website vendors for blog integration
  • Developing and managing lead magnet funnels and digital campaigns
  • Organizing content libraries and marketing assets
  • Supporting sales teams by tracking leads, setting follow-up reminders, and compiling data


What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or administrative support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience using CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SEO and lead/sales funnels is highly desirable
