✔️ Graduate of a reputable university with strong academic performance particularly in the fields of ACCOUNTING, MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, and MARKETING (Latin Honors, Licenses or Certifications preferred)

✔️ Strong leadership potential, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Tech-savvy and adaptable to the modern digital environment

✔️ Passion for innovation and continuous learning

✔️ At least three years of experience in relevant fields (Finance/Accounting, Property Management and Marketing)
