簡介

  • Receive, check, and record incoming finished goods, excess items, and returned products.
  • Organize and prepare items for delivery and dispatch.
  • Monitor outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Encode and update inventory records in the system accurately.
  • Track delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery personnel or couriers.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or delays in deliveries.
  • Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations.

職位要求

  • Graduate of Vocational Course or undergraduate
  • With experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in encoding, monitoring, and basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory systems).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Can work under pressure
