Manage and coordinate import shipments from suppliers, including documentation and clearance processes.
Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies for timely release of cargo.
Oversee inbound deliveries and outbound dispatches to customers and warehouse hubs.
Prepare and organize shipping documents (BOE, packing list, invoice, etc.)
Monitor and update shipment status and resolve logistics issues proactively
Assist in warehouse receiving, inventory tracking, and dispatch planning
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import procedures

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
With 1–2 years of logistics experience, particularly in handling import shipments
Knowledge of customs documentation, import procedures, and incoterms
Strong coordination skills and familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure
Willing to travel or report to various locations when required
