• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure that food is served on time and meets quality expectations.
• Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 1–3 years in a similar role
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in culinary techniques and kitchen hygiene
• Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented attitude
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of stewarding and kitchen best practices
• Minimum of 2yrs. experience in any establishment.
• Open for an ex-abroad applicants (GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar) etc.
• Must have experience in any HOTEL establishments.
• At least a High school / ALS Graduate | Vocation Graduate.
• Good communications skills.
• Pleasing personality.
