Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • With experience on AR and Liaison Staff tasks preferred
  • With motorcycle to be used in daily tasks (collection)
  • Pref. understands Billing and Collection
  • With good communication skills (internal and external clients)
  • Team Player
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
  • Have a valid driving license and permit to drive and with good driving record.
  • Trustworthy, courteous and accommodating attitude.
  • Have a patient and polite attitude towards other road users.
  • Excellent practical driving skills and road safety awareness.
  • Basic English, good verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • 2 years’ experience in fieldwork activity
  • Able to complete record sheets and paperwork.
  • Reasonable level of fitness.

Job Descriptions:

  • Sends Billing Invoices to clients
  • Collects check payments from clients
  • Assists A/R Specialist in the preparation of Billing Invoices / Callouts and Follow-ups
  • Works hand in hand with A/R Specialist to ensure smooth A/R Billing and Collection Flow.

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 2 months
