Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
Prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas.
Analyze survey data and ensure accuracy in measurements for construction, mapping, and boundary determination.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide necessary survey information.
Verify property boundaries and identify potential legal issues related to land ownership.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a land surveyor in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and GIS software.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and legal property descriptions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
