Receiving, labeling and safely storing samples to be tested
Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report
Recording tests and analyses and then reporting the results
Discussing and answering any questions regarding the results
Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample
Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including recalibration of equipment
Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs
Staying current on technical and scientific advances in their field
Handles laboratory – overall
Handles Overall Research and Development
Laboratory equipment custodian (laboratory equipment and after sales equipment)
Preparation of samples as requested by sales
Preparation, updating of COA, TDS and SDS of all products
Calibration of laboratory equipments/after sales equipments
Conduct Jar Testing on site as per request
Conduct Jar Testing in laboratory as per request
Overall Quality Control of products prior delivery
Signatory for Certificate of Analysis of products prior delivery
Conduct Orientation Seminars for Handling Chemical Safety as requested by Clients
Handles Production Operation, delegates upcoming orders for preparation and mixing of Products.
Support to Operations in terms of Technical Matters
