KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily transactions of to-date costings
- Perform audit work
- Manage collection
- Prepare payroll
- Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenue
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing reports with the external partner
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
- Establish accounting policies and procedures that are aligned with company’s targets
- Ensure compliance with the law
- Manage accounting staff
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Accounting, Finance or any related 4-year course
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Must be open to work Monday-Saturdays
- Preferably with experience working in construction or similar industry
- With strong background in audit, very analytical and excellent in numbers
- With at least 3 Year(s) working experience as Finance Supervisor or Manager level
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular and can excellently create reports using spreadsheets, charts and advanced formulas ex Excel
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of accounting controls, procedures, and government reportorial requirements
- Well-versed in Financial Statement preparation
- Must have good moral character, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure
- Team management skills and Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
- Adaptable, flexible and can easily work with different levels in the organization
