Job Description


We are hiring a Junior Client Success Manager to join our team in guiding top global brands and emerging media companies into the evolving world of online video. Reporting to the Senior Team Lead for their pod, this role is ideal for someone passionate about digital media and eager to explore the future of video content.

As a Junior Client Success Manager, you will play a key supportive role within your pod, primarily assisting with campaign and account management tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced team members, allowing you to gradually take on responsibility for handling your own campaigns as you become more familiar with our processes and ways of working. We’re looking for someone with a natural curiosity, a drive to continuously learn, and a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.

Duties & responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Support: Collaborate with Client Success Management, Ad Operations, and Sales teams to support client relationships from RFP through campaign completion, handling proposals, campaign implementation, reporting, billing (for experienced juniors), and day-to-day account management.
  • Campaign Management Assistance: Assist in launch confirmations, screenshot collection, reporting, and performance monitoring for client campaigns.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Gradually take ownership of assigned accounts, building strong client relationships through professional communication, including daily emails and occasional phone or video calls.
  • Administrative Coordination: Oversee the flow of insertion orders, campaign setups, creative details, tags, and pixel requests, ensuring accuracy in budgets, dates, ad types, and targeting with relevant teams.
  • Client Proposal Support: Help develop client proposals and media responses, supporting CSM leads and Sales in crafting high-quality presentations.
  • Internal Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal team members to enhance client success, identifying opportunities to improve Kopa’s service quality alongside the CSM team.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Work with the AdOps team to track campaign pacing and KPI performance, addressing any issues through ongoing internal and client discussions.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Kopa’s products and services to collaborate effectively with internal teams and add value for clients.


Candidate Requirements


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal departments and clients.
  • Independence & Adaptability: Ability to work independently while remaining open to guidance and feedback.
  • Digital Ad Proficiency: Eager to learn the management of digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Meta. A foundational understanding of platform objectives, KPIs, and ad specifications, with some prior experience, is a plus.
  • Account Management Experience: Prior experience in account management is an advantage.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and external partners.
  • Organisational Skills: Skilled in managing, organising, and prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, motivated, and possessing strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Team Orientation: Thrives in a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment, working effectively with diverse groups.
  • Educational Requirement: A bachelor’s degree is required for consideration.
