Position Title: Office Assistant – Janitorial & Messengerial

Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Onsite (Congressional Ave, Quezon City)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Department: Office Administration

Reports to: Operations Head (day-to-day guidance from Office Operations and Finance Operations Associates)

Salary: ₱16,000 gross/month


About the Role

As our Office Assistant, you will help keep the workplace clean, organized, and running smoothly. From maintaining office cleanliness to running important errands to government offices, banks, and couriers, your support enables the team to focus on delivering excellent service. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.


Office Cleanliness & Pantry Upkeep

  • Follow a daily cleaning checklist (workstations, restrooms, pantry)
  • Restock pantry and cleaning supplies as needed
  • Target: 100% checklist completion by 10 AM; no cleanliness complaints

Messengerial & Government Errands

  • Submit and collect documents at DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, banks, and courier services
  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented with receipts
  • Target: All errands completed within service-level timelines; no compliance delays

Supply & Inventory Runs

  • Purchase or coordinate delivery of office supplies
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels for critical items
  • Target: Zero stock-outs of essential items

Meeting Room & Facility Support

  • Set up meeting rooms and assist with basic furniture movement or minor maintenance issues
  • Target: Rooms ready 15 minutes before every scheduled use

Document Handling

  • Log all incoming and outgoing packages and assist with physical filing of records
  • Target: 100% of items logged and filed on the same day

Task Reporting

  • Provide updates on task completion to Office or Finance Operations Associates
  • Target: Daily task report submitted by 5 PM

職位要求


  • At least high school graduate
  • 1+ year experience in janitorial, messengerial, or facilities-related work
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila routes and key government offices
  • Physically fit; able to lift up to 20 kg and remain active throughout the day
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions thoroughly

Preferred:

  • Experience with government document processing (e.g., DOLE, SSS)
  • Basic handyman skills (e.g., light repairs, fixture replacements)
  • Motorcycle or driver’s license
