簡介
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with network connectivity, system setup, and application usage.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance as needed.
- Educate users on best practices and security protocols.
- Experience in AUTOCAD
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0-6 months of experience in IT technical support roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, AUTOCAD software, and general computer skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; must be able to work flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and customer service orientation.
