The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees
- Managing network security and ensuring smooth connectivity
- Providing technical support across departments
- Coordinating with service providers for IT-related concerns
