About the Role

As an IT Manager at Wordtext Systems Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team of IT professionals in driving technological innovation and supporting the overall business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Team Management and Coordination:

   • Manage and coordinate the work of the IT team to ensure efficient delivery of IT services and solutions.

   • Provide leadership, training, and professional development opportunities for the IT team.

2. Policy and Procedure Development:

   • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the company's technology infrastructure.

3. System Oversight:

   • Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.

   • Windows Active Directory Administration.

   • Windows Web Application Maintenance and Updates.

   • Windows File Server Access and Management.

   • Microsoft SQL Management.

   • Azure Administration.

   • M365/OnPrem Email Management and Security.

   • Microsoft Sharepoint Administration.

   • Endpoint Security Monitoring and Updates.

   • IT Inventory Management.

   • PC/Laptop Deployment and Maintenance.

   • System Monitoring.

   • System Support/Helpdesk Administration.

4. Issue Analysis and Resolution:

   • Analyze and address technology-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology-driven business improvements.

6. Performance Monitoring:

   • Monitor and report on key IT performance metrics to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.

7. Budget and Resource Management:

   • Manage IT budgets and resources effectively to optimize costs and maximize ROI.

8. Project Management:

   • DevOps/Project Management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management or leadership role, preferably in the information and communication technology industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading IT teams, projects, and infrastructure

• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network administration, system administration, and information security

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
