Position Responsibilities

The Investment Manager assesses investment proposals through extensive research, building robust financial models, and managing the due diligence process in order to generate timely and effective recommendations to Top Management. S/he sources leads on investment opportunities from various platforms and professional network to continuously build the business development pipeline of the department. S/he helps plan, organize, and execute GMA’s business development activities and strategies that promote the long-term and sustainable growth of the organization. S/he also contributes to establishing and improving GMA’s corporate investment strategy through a robust analysis of economic and industry trends.

Job Requirements

Graduate of 4-year course, preferably in Business Management / Finance / Accountancy / Economics;
With at least 2 years in financial / marketing management and 10 years management experience in business development / general management, feasibility study, investment / proposals assessment;
Must have a strong background in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Research or Product Management;
Networking and investment deals sourcing;
Financial modelling, use of finance modelling tools;
Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, similar partnerships;
Investment portfolio management

Must have integrity, be trustworthy and professional
Able to work effectively and efficiently even under low supervision and when under pressure;
Willing to work overtime when required;
Willing to coach and lead staff
