Drake's client and one of Japan's leading recruitment services providers is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to be part of their growing team.


Job Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new accounts for US clients. The candidate is expected to make outbound calls to obtain information from the clients. The Sales Lead will also be required to conduct business negotiations and conduct sales activities aimed at winning orders.

Job Requirements

  • Reach out to clients through cold-calling and e-mail outreach to explain the product to the client
  • Register and onboard new clients
  • Manage the company's database including lead creation, date updates, and duplicate registration
  • Achieving sales target and reach monthly registration quota
  • Participate in meetings and work collaboratively with the support teams


Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be able to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 12 MN to 9 AM in BGC, Taguig
  • Proficiency in handling high volume of outbound calls
  • Background in Lead generation, sourcing or recruitment is preferred
  • Experience in CRM tools is an advantage
