Salary Range: ₱45,000 – ₱62,000 per month

• The Information Security Analyst II—Supervisor (IC) evaluates data, identifies risks, and supports the design and implementation of security controls and analytics.
• This individual contributor role focuses on data-driven risk management and reporting and ensures compliance with internal quality standards and security frameworks.
• The analyst must work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively across internal teams.

•Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

•Open to graduates or those currently completing their degree

•2–3 years of hands-on experience in:

•Data analytics or data science

•Risk analysis and risk management

•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Proficient in:

•Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

•Power BI (data visualization and dashboard creation)

Soft Skills / Communication Requirements:

•Excellent written and spoken English (grammatically correct and professional)

•Strong understanding of customer experience and satisfaction

•Self-driven, organized, and efficient under minimal supervision

•Must demonstrate a professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude

Additional Expectations:

•Conduct evaluations fairly and objectively

•Be well-versed in program and product knowledge, including quality standards
