簡介

  • Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment and production machines.
  • Proven ability to disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble production machines and mechanical equipment
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, and basic machining tools (lathe, milling and grinding machine).
  • Engage with operators regarding issues on equipment and machine reliability.
  • Can read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.


  • Graduate of Vocational Course, TESDA NC II or NC III in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial, manufacturing, or plant setting
  • TESDA certification or relevant training certificates is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to work in noisy, hot, or confined spaces.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and during holidays if necessary.
  • Has a good safety mindset and complies with plant safety protocols.
  • Teamwork and ability to collaborate with engineers or other departments
  • Must be a resident of Carmona, Cavite or nearby areas.
