Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist at GUP. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role is located in Pasig but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR functions and policy development
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
