Key Responsibilities:
Support managers with performance management, disciplinary matters, and grievances in alignment with the relevant legislation. Ensure compliance with EEO, discrimination, and workplace legislation.
Maintain policies, procedures and templates. Managing and developing the HR function in accordance with company strategy
Driving performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
HR reporting metrics and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Ensuring correct contracts are aligned with the appropriate awards
Support change management processes and initiatives to enable business growth
Ability to manage employee remuneration and incentive systems
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance of all staff including those under an EBA
Maintain the Integrated Management System for Quality Assurance and ensure compliance with Australia standards
Ensuring that all work is performed in a safe and professional manner.
Other tasks as requested by management

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR principles, Fair Work legislation, Awards, and agreements.
Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and performance management processes
Knowledge of employment and contractual law
Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Problem-solving skills
Capacity for change and flexibility
Strong ethics and reliability
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ HR generalist experience across recruitment, learning & development, leadership coaching, and performance management.
