Are you looking for a dynamic internship experience where you can develop your HR skills while making a meaningful impact? Join AboitizPower – Transition Business Group as an HR Intern!


Key Location:

Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu but willing to travel to Cebu City and Toledo City, Cebu.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Support – Assist in resource management, logistics, records keeping, contract administration, and inventory management.

2. Employee Data & Reporting – Maintain and consolidate HR-related records such as 201 files, attendance, and overtime monitoring.

3. Records Management – Organize and secure HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.

4. Documentation & Coordination – Support in taking meeting minutes, filing reports, and assisting with HR-related administrative tasks.

5. HR Projects & Engagements – Help develop, implement, and communicate HR projects and initiatives.

6. Logistics & Supplies – Manage the distribution of uniforms, office supplies, and necessary forms.

7. Content Creation – Design and create professional HR communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, and videos.

8. Data & Analytics Support – Contribute to report generation and HR data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

9. Internship Program Coordination – Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of fellow interns.



Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Database Management and different platforms is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in design and editing platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
  • Prior experience in project management and managing external stakeholder relationships is an advantage.
