Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar course.
Assist in all HR matters of the Branch
Excellent administrative skills, leadership, written and verbal skills
Equipped with strong moral and ethical code
Relevant experience in HR role/functions is an advantage but not necessary
Good communication skills
Willing to be trained and assigned at Quezon City
Willing to start A.S.A.P.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
· Initial interview
· Give forms to the applicant
· Seek for approval of BM/Head office.
· Endorsement/Coordination to the outlets.
· Orientation (JD, Things to learn as a Sheridan employee, ID making, Endorsement for ATM Card)
Administrative
· 201 Files
· Responsible for the employees evaluation
· Updating of Employment Contracts (Probationary or COES)
· Making Reports for HO
· Filling of HR files (vouchers, receipt of government contribution)
· Acceptance of Resignation
· Processing of Resignation
· Responsible for the processing of Quitclaim (Final Pay)
· Catering the needs of Merchandisers under Concession (letter or queries)
· Catering the needs of employees inside the office and warehouse
Payroll (Merchandisers)
Time keeping (Office)
· Validation of OTs and Leave
Responsible for the filling SSS Maternity and Sickness Reimbursement.
Implementation of Company Rules and Regulation
Performs Other Duties As Required By Management
