Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar course.

  • Assist in all HR matters of the Branch

  • Excellent administrative skills, leadership, written and verbal skills

  • Equipped with strong moral and ethical code

  • Relevant experience in HR role/functions is an advantage but not necessary

  • Good communication skills

  • Willing to be trained and assigned at Quezon City

  • Willing to start A.S.A.P.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment

·  Initial interview

·  Give forms to the applicant

·  Seek for approval of BM/Head office.

·  Endorsement/Coordination to the outlets.

·  Orientation (JD, Things to learn as a Sheridan employee, ID making, Endorsement for ATM Card)

  • Administrative

·  201 Files

·  Responsible for the employees evaluation

·  Updating of Employment Contracts (Probationary or COES)

·  Making Reports for HO

·  Filling of HR files (vouchers, receipt of government contribution)

·  Acceptance of Resignation

·  Processing of Resignation

·  Responsible for the processing of Quitclaim (Final Pay)

·  Catering the needs of Merchandisers under Concession (letter or queries)

·  Catering the needs of employees inside the office and warehouse

  • Payroll (Merchandisers)

  • Time keeping (Office)

·    Validation of OTs and Leave

  • Responsible for the filling SSS Maternity and Sickness Reimbursement.

  •  Implementation of Company Rules and Regulation

  • Performs Other Duties As Required By Management
