Description:
Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
Post job vacancies on internal and external job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for technical and final interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate 201 files.
Support onboarding activities and orientation for new hires.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.
Qualification:
Candidate must posses at least Bachelors/College degree in Psychology. Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Experience with recruitment staff is an advantage but not required.
Willing to be assigned at FPIP, Sto. Tomas Batangas
Can start as soon as possible.
