Job responsibilities will be but not limited to:

1. IR & ER
2. Performance appraisal
3. Organizational development
4. Reporting
5. Manpower supervision
6. Creation and revision of policies and guidelines

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Psychology
• With or without licensure 
• Must have minimum of 5 years experience in IR & ER 
• Amenable to work in Laguna Technopark Sta. Rosa Laguna
