We are looking for a proactive and creative HR Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll reporting, and general HR tasks across all branches.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment: sourcing, job posting, interview coordination
• Create pubmats for job posts and employee activities using Canva or similar tools
• Organize and conduct webinars and engagement activities
• Prepare and submit payroll reports
• Address and manage employee concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in HR is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proficient in Canva or other design/editing tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and discreet with confidential info
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
