簡介
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and field recruitment activities.
- Pre-screen applicant resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters or clients.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, databases, and recruitment reports.
- Process pre-employment requirements and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Handle walk-in applicants and participate in job fairs, caravans, and other recruitment events.
- Coordinate with deployment, payroll, and operations teams for smooth onboarding of hires.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on application status.
- Assist in preparing recruitment materials such as job postings, flyers, and announcements.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed to support recruitment operations.
職位要求
- At least 1 year to 3 years of experience in a recruitment
- Experience in coordinating interviews and communicating with applicants and internal stakeholders.
- Background in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document verification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).
- Knowledgeable and familiar with various local and international job platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Bound to Saudi Arabia
