Coordination with the Retail Head, Plant Manager, Sector Head, and Assistant Plant Manager
Documentation of evaluation forms (3rd and 5th month)

Monitor the processing and facilitation of company and government-mandated benefits
Handle all government-mandated benefits-related concerns of employees (loans and claims)
Timely processing of payments for monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) of the assigned refilling plant
