Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for Metalcast Corporation
Assist in Administering employee benefits, programs, and initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain employee records and data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Help orchestrate training & development sessions in line with industry standards and technological advancements.
Implement HR policies and act as the point of contact for employment regulations compliance.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance workforce retention and job satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a proven track record of success.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conflict resolution, and knowledge in HRIS systems.
Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; however, extended hours may be required for special projects and deadlines.
Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, ethical, empathetic, with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to promoting company values and culture.
