• Ensure that company processes and guidelines are consistently implemented based on the company standard.
• Conduct employee relations concerns and determine the type of disciplinary actions that will be imposed on certain offenses based on the company handbook
• Handles employee engagement and activities
• Handles end to end process- Recruitment - Resignation/Termination
• Ensure compliance with DOLE standard.
• Responsible for the overall compliance of the HR solutions and HR procedures for the company.
• Issuance and process disciplinary actions

Job Requirements

• Graduate of HRDM or any relates course
• With at least relevant experience in the position
• Strong communication and organizational skills
