Oversees the completion and submission of company’s requirement to concerned local government agencies, vendors and suppliers.
Overall management of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program in coordination with the OSH committee in all sites of the company.
Assistance in completing the Corporate Compliance requirements in relation to expansion, merging and other related tasks.
Assistance to employee in-charge in completing the Business Compliance requirements which includes import and export, distributorship, retail, sales and aftersales services.
Ensure that the Operational Compliance requirements of local government, vendors and suppliers, and Occupational Safety and Health program are complete and submitted based on set timeline.
Ensure to facilitate, monitor completion or provide guidance to employee in-charge in completing the Business Compliance requirements which includes import and export, distributorship, retail, sales and aftersales services.
Ensure to provide assistance to Legal team in completing the Corporate Compliance requirements in relation to expansion, merging and other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
Preferably with an experience in this field for at least 2-3 years.
Knowledge/ experience of LGU compliance and permits procedures is preferred but not required.
Must know how to drive and has valid and updated driver's license.
Primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites or regulatory agencies.
Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Can work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
Must be organized and keen to details and easily to adapt in any environment.
With strong analytical and planning skills and must be able to multi-task.
