職位要求

- Skills and Competencies: Strong people management, organizational development, compensation and benefits expertise, and training and development capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
