In-charge in analyzing, developing, and implementing policies that align with organizational objectives of the Company.
Monitors and Coordinates with the Head and Supervisors in related with the Employee Relation issuance of notices and schedule hearings in connection with grievances and violations
Monitors the process of Quality Assurance Reports
Records update and maintain Employee’s Master List.
Monitors and ensure all reports and tasks of HR/ Admin.
Check and monitor the process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees, including the exit interview.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
