Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.
Ensure that recruitment activities are conducted in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
Set performance goals for the recruitment team and monitor their progress.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure job descriptions are clear and accurate.
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Ensure the team is screening candidates effectively and maintaining high-quality candidate pools.
Supervise the interview process, including initial screenings and final interviews, ensuring candidates meet job requirements and organizational culture fit.
Ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities, including candidate applications, interview feedback, and selection decisions.
Take charge of sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
Other tasks that may be assigned.

Must have Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Experience in construction, telecom, and agency industry is a plus.
Specializes in creating recruitment strategies, leading teams, sourcing and evaluating candidates, managing hiring metrics.
Proficient to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving team performance.
