Identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiate salary offer.
Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, providing orientation, and fostering a positive orientation.
Managing salary structures, benefit program, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations, maintaining employee records, and addressing legal issues.
Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans.
Creating a positive and engaging work environment, fostering employee morale, and improving employee satisfaction.
Mediation, investigation, and resolution of workplace conflicts.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR-related roles preferably in construction industry but not necessary.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective employee relations, handling of grievances and exit interview
Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills
Ability to work well under pressure
High Level of patience, confidence, polite, tact and diplomatic
Amenable to work in Liloan, Cebu
