• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Be a trusted resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
