簡介

The HR Assistant – Generalist provides day-to-day support in key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employee engagement.


  • Assist in job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Facilitate onboarding and exit processes
  • Monitor attendance and ensure accurate timekeeping records
  • Support payroll preparation and government benefits processing
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and inquiries
  • Help implement employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Maintain and update HR records and files

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: at least 1 year experience in HR role, with a focus on recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations and employee engagement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll, compensation, and benefits. Strong talent acquisition ability.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong people management abilities.
