簡介

Accounting Responsibilities include:

  • Perform routine accounting entries in the accounting system and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare and file all types of accounting related documents eg. payment vouchers and supporting documents, receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, quotations, delivery orders etc.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly inventory reports, inventory count and sales report
  • Any other accounting tasks as may be required by the Head of Finance from time to time.

Administrative duties include:

  • Keep an organized filing system for both hard and soft copy documents.
  • Assist in matters pertaining to procurement.
  • Assist in all matters pertaining HR documentation and completeness.

職位要求

  • Practical experience with Accounting software (such as MYOB)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Similar
  • Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Similar
  • Independent, ability to work under pressure.
  • Fast learner, organized, methodical, problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint etc).
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably F&B industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Fast learner, organized, methodical, problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
