- Greeting and checking in guests in a friendly manner.
- Managing reservations and handling guest inquiries.
- Processing payments and providing room keys.
- Assisting with guest requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or Collage Level
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, variable hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, organized, and adaptable.
