簡介
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Register guests and enter the information immediately into the computer.
- Verify reservation, address and credit information.
- Handle reservation requests at the desk directly.
- Ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and recognized in accordance with hotel standards and the goals of ABC Hotel Group.
職位要求
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required. or 4 years hotel related course.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Highly customer service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Excellent personality and well-groomed appearance.
- General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions.
