Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

Position: HOT STATION HEAD


Job Description:

  • Oversees the preparation and cooking of all hot dishes in the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
  • Supervises and coordinates daily operations in the hot station, including assigning tasks to cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed in the preparation and handling of hot food.
  • Collaborates with the Kitchen Supervisor and Executive Chef to maintain inventory, monitor food costs, and control wastage.
  • Trains and mentors hot station staff to maintain high standards of performance and efficiency.
  • Checks and ensures the readiness of hot dishes for service during peak hours.
  • Monitors equipment used in the hot station and reports any maintenance needs promptly.

職位要求

-       College level (preferably in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field)

-       Proven experience in kitchen operations, preferably in a leadership role

-       Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards

-       Ability to oversee kitchen staff, enforce SOPs, and maintain food quality consistency

-       Excellent time management and organizational skills to fulfill production schedules

-       Strong attention to detail in food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance

-       Ability to train and coach kitchen staff while ensuring compliance with company policies

-       Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

-       Willing to be assigned at PACE VALLEY SUDLON LAHUG, CEBU CITY
