Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with tasks, follow instructions, maintain a clean workspace, and support team members

Personal Qualities

• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
• Polite and respectful
• Discreet and respectful of the employer’s privacy
• Flexible and willing to take on different household tasks

Language Proficiency

• Basic communication skills in the language used in the household (e.g., English)

Legal and Other Requirements

• Valid identification and work permits (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo a background check or provide character references
• Willing to live in (for live-in roles) or commute reliably to the household

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
• Ability to read and follow instructions

Experience

• Proven experience as a housemaid, cleaner, or in a similar role
• Experience with handling cleaning equipment and household appliances

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning products
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Working Conditions: Varied environments, may involve physical tasks and teamwork.
• Qualities and Traits: Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn.
